CWP-28146-2023 Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to official respondents to conduct enquiry in the documents filed alongwith nomination form of Famida d/o Ilyas wife of Basruddin resident of village Andhaki Block Punhana, District Mewat, so that the truth may come out about her education because she managed to get marksheet on the basis of forged school leaving certificate. It is also prayed to direct respondent No.4 to take action against Famida d/o Ilyas wife of Basruddin resident of village Andhaki Block Punhana, District Mewat, for presenting forged document with the nomination papers. It is further prayed to direct official respondent No.2 to follow up the enquiry in the above matter as per MEENU 2024.02.01 09:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner has reiterated his contention and submits that despite there being various representations, respondent/authorities have not taken any decision so far. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms.Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and on instructions from Ms.Navneet Kaur, DDPO, Nuh, submits that respondent/authorities have already taken cognizance of the matter and the matter is pending before respondent No.3-Deputy Commissioner, Nuh, District Nuh, which is fixed for personal hearing on 30.01.2024. She further submits that decision would be taken expeditiously in accordance with law. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. Deputy Commissioner, Nuh, District Nuh, before whom the matter is stated to be pending, to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within four weeks from 30.01.2024, on which date the case is fixed before him.
