RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners, namely; Kulwinder Kaur and Parminder Singh, in case FIR No. 63 dated 04.04.2017 registered under Section 307 read with Section 34 IPC (Section 302 IPC added later on) at Police Station Goraya, District Jalandhar. At the outset, learned counsel submits that pursuant to the order dated 20.12.2019, the petitioners have surrendered before the trial Court and have been admitted to bail. Now, they are facing trial and are regularly appearing before the trial Court.

In view of the above, order dated 20.12.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of.
