Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the present writ petition has been filed without approaching the respondents for raising the grievance as raised in the present writ petition. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will approach the respondents by filing appropriate representation claiming the benefit for their consideration keeping in view the judgment of this Court in CWP No.8864 of 2023 titled as 'Vijender and others v. State of Haryana and others and other connected cases, decided on 17.08.2023 and to grant the petitioner the benefit of consideration qua the qualification being possessed by the petitioner and the respondents be directed to consider his claim in accordance with the said judgment by passing an appropriate speaking order and grant the petitioner the benefit in case the same is admissible.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case any representation is received from the petitioner along with the data and the grievance as raised in the present petition, the same will be considered including the judgment in Vijender's case (supra) and appropriate order on the said representation will be passed within a period of six weeks from the receipt of any such representation and in case after the passing of the speaking order, the petitioner is found entitled for any relief, the same will also be extended to him within a further period of four weeks. 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner that in case the petitioner is aggrieved against the speaking order in any manner, he can avail appropriate remedy available to him. 7.
