The present petition has been filed under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure/ 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking regular bail in FIR No.14 dated 01.02.2024 under Sections 22(C) (subsequently added Section 29) of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Sector-9, Ambala City, District Ambala.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.
