**** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (Oral) By way of present peon filed under Secon 439 Cr.P.C., peoner prays for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.476 dated 06.10.2022 registered under Secon 307 IPC and Secon 25/27 of Arms Act (Secon 201, 120-B, 34 IPC added later on) at Police Staon City Tohana, District Fatehabad. It is his second peon. The earlier peon bearing CRM-M-47438 of 2023 filed by the peoner was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh peon a;er recording of statement of complainant - Khushi Ram during trial. It is informed by learned counsel that the ma=er has since been compromised between the pares. Affidavit of complainant - Khushi Ram who is the only injured of the case has been placed on record as Annexure P.2. Learned counsel for the said complainant- injured- Khushi Ram is present in person and he concedes the factum of compromise.

It is also pointed out by learned counsel that co-accused Krishan alias Kachhu and Sunny @ Sudama have already been allowed bail by this Court vide orders dated 16.02.2023 passed in CRM-M-7469 of 2023 (Annexure P.5) and 03.02.2023 passed in CRM-M-4815 of 2023.

In view of the afore-said facts and circumstances, but without commenng anything on the merits of the case, the present peon is allowed. Peoner is admi=ed to bail on his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the safacon of learned trial Court/ Duty Magistrate concerned, on usual terms and condions.
