(Oral) The prayer under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of order dated 24.11.2023 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kurukshetra in case FIR No.415 dated 4.8.2022 under Sections 406, 420, 506, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Thanesar, District Kurukshetra vide which the trial Court denied permission to the respondent No.2 to travel abroad was denied.
