RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed impugning the order dated 18.10.2019 passed by learned District Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana, wherein it has granted interim maintenance @ Rs.6,000/- per month to respondent-wife and @ Rs.4,000/- per month to respondent No.2-minor. This petition came up for hearing on 20.12.2019 on which date, the proxy counsel prayed for an adjournment and the case was adjourned. Thereafter, the case came up on 17.08.2022 when the counsel submitted that as per his information, the parties have compromised the matter and hence he sought time to verify the same. No one is present today. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the case. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
