Main case In view of short reply filed by way of affidavit of Gurinder Singh, Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Moonak, an amount of Rs.92,567/- was outstanding against the petitioner upto the date of notification dated 17.10.2017. Petitioner is found to be a marginal farmer and the aforesaid amount has already been waived off in the meeting dated 28.08.2019. The said amount has also been credited in the loan account of the PRINCE SAINI 2022.07.26 13:59 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No.37301 of 2019(O&M) petitioner in the Sangrur Central Cooperative Bank Ltd., Branch Office Moonak on 08.01.2020. A certificate has also been issued by the Cooperative Bank in this regard. Petitioner has been found to be eligible for the benefit of loan waiver scheme under the notification dated 17.10.2017.

Since the petitioner has received an amount of Rs.92,567/- towards the loan waiver scheme, therefore, this petition has become infructuous.
