This is the first petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.406 dated 12.10.2023, under Sections 3/4/5/7 of Immoral Trafficking Act, 1956 and Section 370 of IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station City Thanesar, Kurukshetra, District Kurukshetra. 2.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody for the last 2 months; the case is triable by Magistrate and that after completion of the investigation, the trial is going on which may take long time to conclude.

Mr. R.S. Khaira, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and the aforesaid contention is not refuted by him. 5.

Having regard to the aforesaid factual position, but without commenting anything upon the merits of the case, the petitioner is admitted to regular bail and he is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court concerned. 7.
