**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.82 dated 04.02.2022 registered under Section 20 of NDPS Act, 1985 at P.S. Gohana City, District Sonepat. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Virender submits that in compliance of order dated 08.12.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. 3.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 08.12.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute, however, the petitioner shall keep on appearing before the Investigating Agency as and when required and shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) CrPC.
