This is the first petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.134 dated 14.02.2023, under Sections 420, 120B of IPC, 1860, Sections 66-C, 66-D of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008 and Section 8(4) of Haryana Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2021 (Section 201 of IPC, 1860 added later on) at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the similarly situated co-accused, namely, Satyawart, Manbir Thind, Kapil @ Kapil Sandhu and Pardeep have already been granted the concession of regular bail vide orders Annexures P-2 to P-5.

Mr. Randhir Singh, Addl. A.G., Haryana accepts the notice on behalf of the respondent-State and could not refute the aforesaid contention. 5.

Having regard to the aforesaid factual position, but without commenting anything upon the merits of the case, and that the co-accused have already been granted the concession of regular bail by this Court, the petitioner also deserves the same relief on grounds of parity. 7.

Considering all the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail. He is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing requisite bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned.
