The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 24.04.2025 passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP-33362-2024, which has been decided in terms of order passed in CWP-14627-2024, whereby, a direction was issued to the respondents to consider and decide the claim of the petitioners by passing a specific order.

Learned counsel for respondents contends that in compliance of order dated 24.04.2025, affidavit of Mr. Vineet Garg, Additional Chief Secretary to School Education, Haryana, Panchkula dated 16.03.2026, along with order dated 16.02.2026, attached as Annexure R-1, passed by Ms. Sarita Rani, Senior Accounts Officer O/o Principal Accountant General (A&E), Haryana and pay order dated 13.03.2026 has been filed. The same is taken on the record.

A perusal of affidavit dated 16.03.2026, order dated 16.02.2026 and pay order dated 13.03.2026 shows that order dated 24.04.2025 passed in CWP-33362-2024 has been complied with.

In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
