The instant petition has been filed by the complainant seeking cancellation of regular bail during the pendency of trial granted to respondent No.2-Vikram @ Vicky vide order dated 12.12.2019 (Annexure P-8). 2.

Learned State counsel has informed that infact the trial already stands concluded vide judgment dated 7.3.2020, wherein respondent No.2 stands convicted.

In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition for cancellation of bail granted in terms of Section 439 Cr.P.C. is rendered infructuous inasmuch as the trial already stands concluded.
