***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Counsel for the respondents has made appearance through video conferencing and submits that the purpose of filing of the suit, stands frustrated, as the minor has since attained majority. He also submits that the respondents intend to withdraw the suit pending before the Trial Court, but however, on account of stay granted by this Court, the same could not be withdrawn.

In view of the submissions made aforesaid by counsel for the respondents, a direction is given to the respondents to make appearance before the Trial Court, within a period of seven days from today onwards and file an application for taking up the case and has the option to withdraw the same, in view of the submissions made aforesaid.
