Prayer in this writ petition is for setting aside order-in-appeal dated 17.02.2025 (Annexure P-4), passed in GST Appeal No.178/2024-25 dated 08.10.2024 (Annexure P-3) with a further prayer for directing respondents to restore GST registration of petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that as GST registration of petitioner has been restored, this writ petition is rendered infructuous. He has instructions to withdraw this writ petition.
