Present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents not to interfere in the construction being raised by the petitioner as the property owned by the petitioner falls within the controlled area of the Municipal Council, Kaithal as defined under Section 203-C of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973. Further prayer has been made for directing the respondents not to demolish the construction raised by the petitioner.
