Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for directing respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to submit a status report and to take coercive steps against the accused persons in FIR No. 78 dated 24.10.2024, under Sections 108, 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNS'), registered at Police Station Kheri Gandain, District Patiala. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from S.I. Sawan Singh, has apprised the Court that investigation in the matter is still going on. 3.

In view of the above, no direction is required to be issued to respondents No. 2 and 3 at this stage.
