(Oral) The learend State counsel, on instructions, submits that as per the post-mortem report, Krishna died on account of drowning and a cacellation report shall be submitted within a period of 08 weeks. Faced with the above situation, the learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Ordered accordingly.
