**** Rajesh Bhardwaj, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.158, dated 20.08.2025, under Sections 318, 316(2), 61(2) and 13 of BNS registered at Police Station City Sangrur, District Sangrur. 2.
Vide order dated 26.09.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 26.09.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such her interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and she is no more required for further investigation.
