Learned counsel for the petitioner, on telephonic instructions from the petitioner, states that the peaceful vacant possession of the property in dispute would be handed over to the respondent-landlord on or before 30.06.2025.

Learned counsel for the respondent-landlord, on instructions from the respondent-landlord who is present in person, states that he has no objection.

In view of the statements made by the learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner is granted time till 30.06.2025 to vacate the premises and to hand over peaceful vacant possession of the same to the respondentlandlord. An undertaking to this effect shall be filed by the petitioner before the Rent Controller concerned within a period 15 days from today.
