( ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner has made a short request that the matter be sent to the Mediation Centre as the respondent-minor child of the petitioner is in the custody of the maternal grandfather. He submits that though the impugned order dated 11.08.2023 has been challenged by way of filing present petition, in which the interim maintenance was granted under Section 125 Cr.P.C. by the Family Court, Gurdaspur, but the main petition is still pending in the Family Court, Gurdaspur.

Since the main petition filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending before Family Court, Gurdaspur, where such a request for reference of the matter to mediation can be made, as such, the present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
