Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to rectify/amend the result dated 27.07.2024, Annexure P-3, for the post of TGT English in the Elementary Education Department as she fulfils all the essential requirement for consideration under General category. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, contends that as per detailed marks uploaded by the Commission, the petitioner secured 65.55 marks in General category and cut-off marks were 63.65. She could not be selected due to being overage and her experience as TGT English being after the cut-off date. He contends that a reasoned order in that regard will be conveyed to the petitioner by deciding her representation dated 16.09.2024, Annexure P-4, by Secretary of the Commission within three weeks.
