(Oral) Today at the very outset learned counsel submits that the petitioner, at this stage would be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider and dispose of application dated 23.07.2021 (Annexuxre P-10) which has not been decided till date despite a period of more than two years having elapsed. Without commenting anything as regards the merits of the case but having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner appearing in person, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to get the application dated 23.7.2021 (Annexure P-10) examined so that the same is disposed of in accordance with law expeditiously.

A copy of this order along with copy of application dated 23.7.2021 (Annexure P-10) be conveyed to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 for necessary compliance.
