The aforesaid case was filed on 05.12.2023 by Mr. Rakesh Kumar Lathwal, Advocate. The Registry had raised objection on the case file.

As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be re-filed within a total period of 40 days. The present case was filed on 05.12.2023 and the Registry raised objections, but neither the petitioner nor his counsel ever turned up to receive the present case and file the same after removal of the objections as raised by the office. 3.

Office has got listed this case as many such cases are lying in the office in the "incomplete case category", and none has bothered to take further recourse in the matter.
