**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to grant him benefits of higher pay scale of Rs.1200-2040 from the due date and revised thereafter from time to time, which has been given to similarly situated persons.

The petitioner was appointed on daily wages on the post of Pump Operator-II in Gharaunda Sub Division on 01.10.1991 and his services were regularized on 03.11.2017 after he filed CWP No. 2557-1998 which was allowed and upheld till Hon'ble Supreme Court. But his services were regularized after he filed contempt petition. But his services were regularized in the old pay scale and he filed C.M. No. 27791-2018 in COCP No. 423-2016 and this Court on 04.10.2019 disposed of the application and granted liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to representations (P11 colly) which had been made prior to order dated 04.10.2019 for fixation of his salary.
