Present second petition has been filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.2 dated 2.1.2021 under Sections 22/29/61/85 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City Batala, District Gurdaspur.

Learned State counsel has filed status report by way of affidavit of Sanjeev Kumar, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division City Batala, Police District Batala in Court today. The same be kept on record. Copy thereof has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner.
