This is an application seeking review of the order, dated 09.02.2018, vide which the petition preferred by the applicant/petitioner was dismissed for non-compliance of the order, dated 14.03.2017. On 22.03.2017, this Court had passed the following order: "

Order dated 14.03.2017 has not been complied by the petitioner.

Finally list this matter on 31.03.2017.

If the original valid driving licence during the period from 2012 to 2015 is not placed on record, petition would be dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 14.03.2017.

CM-2717-CWP-2018, RA-CW-46-2018 -2IN CWP-27562-2015 Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that as he has now appended the requisite documents, in compliance with the order dated 14.03.2017, with the review application, and he even has the original valid driving licence of the applicant/petitioner, the ends of justice would require that the petition be restored and the matter be heard on merits. Notice of this application was issued to the non-applicant/respondents, but no reply has been filed thereto. In conspectus of the above, the application is allowed. Consequently, the order dated 09.02.2018 is re-called, and the writ petition is restored to its original number.
