(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.185, dated 27.06.2025, under Section 103 and subsequently added Sections 113(2), 249A, 253-A, 61(2) of BNS and Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act registered at Police Station Civil Lines Batala, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur. 2.

Vide order dated 16.10.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 16.10.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, interim order dated 16.10.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
