Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the official respondents to release and produce the detenue, namely, Smt.Anjali being wife of Mohit-petitioner, who is being confined in the illegal custody of respondent No.5 and his relatives. Counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition.
