NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the prayer in this petition was for quashing of the impugned order dated 10.6.2016 (Annexure P-10) vide which interim maintenance has been awarded in violation of stay order dated 16.9.2014 (P-6 Colly). It is submitted that since the main petition granting final maintenance has been disposed of by learned Family Court, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
