(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority within the department of cooperation to agitate his claim that he could not be suspended and that too beyond the period of six months keeping in view the rules governing in service.
