(Oral) Petitioner has approached this Court under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure to seek regular bail in case FIR No.54 dated 02.03.2019 under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Salem Tabri, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has instructions to withdraw this petition as the parties have entered into a compromise. Dismissed as withdrawn.
