Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of directions to respondent No.3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondent Nos.5 and 6 and to decide the representation dated 10.09.2025.  



  earned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he had moved a representation dated 10.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) before respondent No.3, but no action on the same has been taken till date and they would be satisfied, if respondent No.3 is directed to look into and decide the said representation. Notice of motion.

Ms. Gagandeep Kaur, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice and submitted that she has no objection if the aforesaid representation dated 10.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) is looked into.

CRWP No.10541 of 2025 In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-the Senior Superintendent of Police, District SAS Nagar, Punjab, to look into the aforesaid representation and decide the same, at the earliest and to take appropriate steps as per law, if any required, at the earliest, regarding threat perception.
