This petition under Section(s) 482 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been moved for grant of anticipatory bail with regard to a case arising out of FIR No. 12 dated 13.01.2024, for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 Police Station Central Faridabad, District Faridabad, Haryana. 2.

Vide order dated 01.10.2025, the petitioners were admitted to interim anticipatory bail, subject to the condition of furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of Investigating/Arresting Officer. 3.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in compliance with above mentioned order, dated 01.10.2025, the petitioners have already joined investigation and therefore, the order dated 01.10.2025 DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2026.02.21 21:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Criminal Misc. No. M-55016 of 2025 be made absolute.

In response to above mentioned contention, the learned State Counsel has submitted that in compliance with the order dated 01.10.2025, the petitioners have joined investigation, and that the custody of petitioners is no longer required for further investigation of present case. 5.

Heard.

In view of above, it is hereby observed that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required for further investigation of this case.

In view of above-mentioned observation, the present petition is hereby allowed and the order dated 01.10.2025, whereby interim anticipatory bail was accorded to the petitioners, is hereby made absolute. (Surya Partap Singh) Judge February 19, 2026 "DK"
