This order shall dispose of present petition for grant of anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner, an accused in case FIR No.485 dated 20.06.2025 under Sections 21-B,61,85 of NDPS Act registered at P.S Sadar Hisar. 2.

A perusal of the status report shows that the petitioner has joined the investigation. Past antecedents of the petitioner have also been highlighted in para 10 of the said report. It is further stand of the respondent-State that the petitioner was in constant touch with the co-accused Avtar Singh, who was arrested at the site.

On 30.09.2025, following order was passed by this Court: " Prayer in the instant application filed under Section 482 of BNSS is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.485 dated 20.06.2025 registered at P.S Sadar Hisar, District Hisar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The alleged recovery has not been effected from the petitioner. The quantity of the recovered contraband is non-commercial. He submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced in the disclosure statement made by co-accused namely Avtar Singh @ Atu. Co-accused MANOJ KUMAR 2025.12.03 22:35 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order

CRM-M-55204-2025 Balvinder Singh and Bhupender @ Bhoopender Singh @ Gagu have already been granted the concession of anticipatory bail by this Court vide orders dated 01.09.2025 and 15.09.2025 respectively.

Notice of motion.

Ms. Shweta Nahata, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and seeks time to file status report. Adjourned to 06.11.2025.

Meanwhile, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is hereby directed to join investigation within seven days from today and cooperate in the same. In the event of the arrest of the petitioner, she shall be released on interim bail on her furnishing personal/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. He shall also abide by conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS. " 6.

Keeping in view the above submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner as also the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation, interim bail granted vide order dated 30.09.2025 is hereby confirmed, subject to conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS. Further the petitioner is directed to join investigation as and when required in future by way of written notice for such purpose to be served by Investigating Officer of this case upon the petitioner; he will not tamper with the evidence nor will influence the witnesses and will not leave the country without prior permission of the Court. 7.

The petition stands allowed.
