[1] These petitions have been filed seeking directions to the respondents to open the portal for the petitioners to upload the form TRAN-01.

[3] Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, Advocate for Mr. Sourabh Goel, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of Union of India. Mr. Sunish Bindlish, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents in CWP No.739 of 2020; Mr. Tajender K. Joshi, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents in CWP No.973 of 2020 and Mr. Sharan Sethi, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents in CWP No.2324 of 2020.

[4] Learned counsel for the parties are id idem that issue involved in these writ petitions is similar as in CWP No.33742 of 2019 titled as M/s Triveni Needles Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Union of India

[3] and others decided on 28.01.2020 and the same be disposed of in same terms.

[5] In view of above, the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of decision of this Court in CWP No.33742 of 2019 dated 28.01.2020.
