ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) A new counsel has filed a review application. Although, review by a new counsel is not maintainable, however, this Court has heard counsel for the review-applicants at length.

Learned counsel for the review-applicants has submitted that the attestation of the Will in terms of Section 63(C) of the Succession Act, 1925 has not been proved on the file.

This court while deciding the case has dealt with this issue in detail and has discussed the provisions of Section 63 of the Succession Act, 1925 and Section 68 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872. This court on appreciation of the evidence has found that the attestation of the Will is proved in accordance with law and the Will has been proved in court in accordance with the provisions of Section 68 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872.
