The case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this petition, the petitioners seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.0287 dated 20.10.2019 registered under Section 61 of Punjab Excise Act, 1914, at Police Station Sardulgarh, District Mansa. Vide order dated 19.12.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioners were granted ad-interim anticipatory bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the order dated 19.12.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from SI Deep Singh, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are now not required for any further investigation.
