  'Statement of Chandni daughter of Anirudh resident of Village Khaind Bazara Ward No. District Kullu Himachal Pradesh Presently Village Garnala Police Station Pajokhra District Ambala Phone 8146102042 Age 19 years Stated that I am a resident of the above mentioned name and address and have passed 10+2 class. We have four sisters and one brother, of whom I am the eldest. I was working in Gyanish Ice Cream Sunda Cafe Private Company, Mohali, Punjab for about a year. I met Mohit Kumar on Facebook and Instagram, then we both fell in love. Both I and Mohit Kumar worked in the same company and we both were in a relationship for about 6 months, after which we converted our love into love marriage.

We both got married on 1351152024 at Mata Mansa Devi Temple in Panchkula and after getting married, we have done love marriage of our own free will. Our family members were initially unhappy with my marriage. We had sought protection by filing a petition in Punjab and Haryana High Court for the safety of our life. My in5laws are very happy with my marriage. My father Anirudh and mother Ganga Devi, resident of Ward No. 01 Khain Bajahara District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. Earlier they were a little upset because we had not told our family members about the marriage. Now we have talked over the phone. My family members are not upset with us. We, my husband Mohit Kumar and my in5laws have talked over the phone. There are no differences between the two families now. My father and mother will come to meet us.

My maternal grandfather Bhola Dutt and maternal grandmother Ramo Devi also are not upset. Now we talk to each other over the phone at home every day. There is no resentment between both our families. I had applied for protection in the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Now I do not need it. I am now living comfortably with my husband Mohit Kumar in the village Garnala, Police Station Pajokhra, District Ambala. I am not afraid of any kind.

I have 4 daughters and a son. My eldest daughter named Chandni was in a private job in Mohali for about 1 year. She got married to a boy of her own free will. We came to know his name later that he is Mohit son Raghubir Singh resident of village Garnala, police station Panjokhra ;ahib, District Ambala. My daughter got married to Mohit on 13.11.2024 at Mansa Devi Temple, Panchkula.

My daughter told me about her marriage on phone and my daughter has filed CRWP511014 OF 2024 in Punjab and Haryana High Court for her life security, in which my name and my wife Ganga Devi's name and the names of my maternal grandfather Bhola Dutt and maternal grandmother Ramo Devi are also written. I have no complaints about my daughter Chandni's marriage now. Chandni has married her daughter Chandni who is 19 years old and an adult. We have no objection to her marriage and we have no complaints. Both the families are happy with this marriage. The statement has been recorded and read, which is fine.

My Dhotri married Mohit on 13.11.2024 at Mansa Devi Temple, Panchkula. My daughter Ganga Devi told me about her marriage over the phone.
