(Oral) At this stage, counsel for the respondent submits that respondent is not interested to pursue the petition filed under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, qua which the present transfer application has been filed. He has also given an undertaking to withdraw the petition filed under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, within a period of two weeks from today onwards.

In view of the undertaking so given by the counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the present transfer application, which may be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
