(Oral) The petitioner's grievance is that although he had submitted application dated 29.8.2023 (Annexure P-8) for grant of Aggregator license for four wheeler, three wheeler and two wheeler, but despite a period of about more than three months having elapsed, the same has not been processed or dealt with.
