The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 01.05.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA-2381-2016.

In compliance of the order dated 01.05.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA-2381-2016, reply/compliance report by way of affidavit dated 20.04.2026 of Sher Singh, General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Kurukshetra, along with Annexures R-1 and R-2, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 before the Registry. The same is taken on record.

A perusal of paragraph No.6 of the said reply/compliance report shows that respondents have preferred SLP in similar cases before Hon'ble VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.05.02 12:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

COCP-5016-2025 (O&M) -2the Supreme Court, wherein operation of the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court were statyed.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is dismissed. Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to avail the remedy as is available to him, after the decision of SLP. 4.
