(Oral) Today, at the very outset the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he restricts his prayer for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 1 and 2 to consider and to pass appropriate orders with regard to his legal notice dated 22.11.2019 (Annexure P-9) in accordance with law. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No. 1 and 2 to consider legal notice dated 22.11.2019 (Annexure P-9) in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereupon expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from today.

Since the apprehension of the petitioner is that the authorities concerned are proceeding to allot a plot to his co-owner i.e. respondent No. 3, as against the policy of the Government as per which all the co-owners are PANKAJ KAKKAR 2019.12.24 17:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.37546 of 2019 to be jointly allotted a plot, therefore, it is ordered that no such allotment be made till any decision is taken on the legal notice dated 22.11.2019 (Annexure P-9).
