The only contention of the petitioner in the present petition is regarding disposal of the petition filed by the husband of the petitioner under Section 7 of the Guardians and Ward Act, 1977 bearing CNR No.PBAS01005467-2022, GW-41-2022, titled 'Aashish Sharma Vs. Rachna Sharma', within a time bound period.

Since the child of the petitioner will attain the age of 05 years on 28.05.2024, therefore, the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Amritsar, is directed to decide the above mentioned petition within a period of three months, from receipt of copy of this order. 3.

Disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
