ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) Prayer made in the petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in the event of arrest in FIR No.101 dated 9.5.2018 under Sections 384/147 IPC, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Bathinda.

On 23.12.2019, the following order was passed :- "Learned Counsel for the petitioner relies upon order dated 20.12.2019 passed in CRM-M-53876-2019, vide which co-accused Baljinder Singh has been granted concession of interim anticipatory bail.

Notice of motion for 28.1.2020.

To be listed with CRM-M-53876-2019.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to her furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C."

CRM-M-55358-2019 -2Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Mander Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required for custodial interrogation.
