This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 12.03.2025 passed in CWP-6932-2025. 2.

Vide order dated 12.03.2025 passed in CWP-6932-2025, respondent No.2 was directed to decide the legal notice dated 09.12.2024 by passing a speaking and reasoned order.

Learned State counsel submits that order dated 12.03.2025 passed in CWP-6932-2025 has since been complied with and a speaking order dated 29.10.2025 has been passed. A copy thereof has also been supplied to the Court by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands JITENDER KUMAR 2025.10.31 09:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
