$( (&()  *  * +, The present petition is directed against the order dated 06.10.2023 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar (Annexure P-9) in case FIR No.0086 dated 02.08.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379B(2), 224, 353, 186, 332, 148, 149 of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Kathu Nangal, District Amritsar, whereby the bail granted to the petitioner has been ordered to be dismissed and the petitioner has been ordered to be summoned through Nonbailable warrants for 18.11.2023. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the absence of the petitioner was on account of miscommunication between the petitioner and her counsel. Due to which the petitioner noted wrong date. He further submits that the petitioner undertakes to appear before the Trial Court on or before 14.12.2023.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 07.12.2023, passed by this Court, the petitioner appeared before the trial Court and undertakes to appear regularly without any fault.

In view of the above, order dated 06.10.2023 passed by Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Amritsar has lost its sting and order dated 07.12.2023 is made absolute. -
