**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.259 dated 29.09.2019 registered under Sections 380 and 457 IPC at P..S. Ateli, District Mohindergarh.

The allegation is of breaking a kiosk and stealing of goods lying therein. The occurrence took place in the intervening night of 22/23rd September 2019 and the FIR was registered only on 29.09.2019. Details and descriptions of stolen articles have not come forth. CRM-M-55368-2019 Narnaul on 07.12.2019 after effecting recovery. Learned State counsel on instructions from Lady HC Kukki submits that in compliance of the order dated 07.01.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 19.02.2020 to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer and his presence is no more required for further investigation of the case. In view of statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 07.01.2020 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
