***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL , J . (Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition may be disposed of while granting liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and that he shall associate himself with the proceedings of the trial regularly. In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

In case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of three weeks from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the learned trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the same expeditiously, preferably within one week from filing of such application while having due regard to the nature of offence alleged and also the previous conduct of the petitioner.
