-.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) The present review application has been filed for recalling of the order dated 22.01.2018 whereby this Court allowed the revision petition preferred against the impugned order dated 26.02.2016 (Annexure P-7) whereby the application moved by the plaintiff-petitioner for summoning the witnesses had been dismissed. The review application is also accompanied by an application for condonation of delay of 25 days in filing the same. The aforementioned revision petition had been allowed by taking into consideration the statement of the defendant's witness DW1, Sandeep Singh, Clerk of Municipal Corporation, Amritsar and as well as the report of the Medical Officer, Municipal Corporation, Amritsar.

On noticing this, the Court had granted the permission to lead evidence as the entire dispute for possession of the suit property hinges upon the death of Jai Pal Singh as he died before execution of the GPA. I am of the view that there is no ground made for review of the order as there is no error apparent on the face of record for enabling me to recall the order dated 22.01.2018. PANKAJ KUMAR 2018.04.
